| New Zealand bite attack possibly zombie-related |

An attack was carried out in February 2010 involving biting in New Zealand. Three people apparently bit a man during the attack, which was instigated when the attacked man made sexual advances on one of the attackers.

Another brutal attack in China was carried out against school children this week, and it is extremely likely that it is zombie related. This is the fifth such attack reported from China in the past two months.

Recent reports of seemingly random attacks by knife-wielding men against defenseless school children in China suggest the country is on the verge of a major outbreak.
Yesterday screams from inside a school brought onlookers to a sight that was apparently "too horrible to imagine". Children around the age of four, along with a number of teachers and a security guard were attacked brutally.

| Bite attack in Melbourn likely zombie-related |

Earlier in January an attack in Melbourne on police officers was likely related to zombie activity.
Two police officers were attacked and bitten several times during an altercation with a man who apparently did not respond to incapacitation attempts. Apparently the man could not be subdued and bit two officers, drawing blood in both cases.
Although this incident is likely contained at the moment, the cause of the outbreak in Melbourne might still be present, so residents should stay...

Wired is running a story on DARPA's effort to stave off battlefield casualties by turning injured soldiers into zombies by injecting them with a cocktail of one chemical or another (details to be announced). An avid reader who we'll refer to simply as "Judy" has reported some very disburbing activity in Phoenix, Arizona. It actually reads more like the start of a horror story than a real-world zombie report.
