Recently zombie researchers have identified a potential class 1 level outbreak - with a twist. On June 4th, 2007 a Adrienne H. Baird was reported to have died. This was reported in the Mineola America online news.

An outbreak was reported at the Waiouru army base in New Zealand. It was reported that the 'disease' spread through the base rapidly, making a large number of people ill very quickly. Military medical personnel claimed the disease was simply gastroenteritis, however ZombieMeter staff are suspicious.

An attack was carried out in February 2010 involving biting in New Zealand. Three people apparently bit a man during the attack, which was instigated when the attacked man made sexual advances on one of the attackers.
